I approach wedding days with a mixture of editorial and photojournalistic styles, specifically photographing in the best naturally-lit areas to provide a bright, airy, film-inspired look. While I will guide you in formal posing, most of our time together will be candid and fun!
Since I was a child, I've always loved taking photos of literally everything; people, flowers, animals, sunsets, food, you name it. I am the annoying person at the event taking photos with every single person I know - but I realized that at the end of the day, all we have left is our memories...and a photo is the best way to always remember. During the first year after college, I bought my first DSLR and spent all my free time watching Youtube videos, online seminars, reading and studying all things photography, asking my friends to model for me and assisting established photographers in their work. After 5 full years of experience photographing weddings, couples, families, events, seniors, and newborns, I am confident that I found my calling in this career.
